What to eat?

Recently, a lot of people have been asking me what foods I eat to feel fit and healthy. One of my favorite lists that I’ve found is from SparkPeople. Eating delicious, nutritious food is pretty simple – and most of the things I eat can be found on this list. (But also sometimes you just need a hunk of cheese. Because life isn’t all matcha and eggplant).
