These just aren’t your average rice krispie treat!
The Shopping List
- 1 cup low-fat graham crackers crushed
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup honey or agave
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almonds finely chopped2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl blend wet ingredients and gently fold into the dry mixing until well-combined. Form mixture into well rounded tablespoon-sized balls by rolling out between your palms.
Use a cookie scoop to portion out. Roll the balls into one of the above ingredients to add a twist!
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then serve.
Store in a sealed container or zip lock bag.They stay fresh for about a week in refrigerator or a month in the freezer.
